This fantastic natural-processed coffee is provided by producer Jose Angel Espinoza Caruajulca, whose La confianza coffee farm is located in Chirinos, where he and his family have been producing coffee for 15 years. For the last two years they have been processing all their coffee into natural coffee. And for this special coffee, it's a small selection of his caturra coffee.
Process
Harvesting: the harvesting season lasts from May to October. Harvesting takes place in baskets.
Drying: the drying period varies according to the climate and can be between 15 and 25 days for washed coffee and between 35 and 45 days for natural coffee.
