    A coffee subscription is an ongoing subscription that you can cancel whenever you want, while a gift subscription is a fixed-term subscription.

  • 2. Choose your favorite coffee and the appropriate quantities

    Choose the delivery interval, amount of coffee, grind and what kind of coffee you want. When you add your standing order to the shopping cart, you can write us any special requests if necessary. Finally, choose the delivery that suits you or whether you want to pick up the coffee from the roastery.

  • 3. We start roasting and send the coffees to you

    You will receive an email notification when we process your order. You can log in to your account using your email, where you can edit your standing orders. A link to manage your standing order will also be sent to your email. The coffee will usually arrive within 2-7 business days of your order and you will be able to enjoy it. In the future, the coffee will be automatically selected during the delivery interval.

What is a standing order and why should you order one?

With a standing order, your order will automatically renew according to the delivery interval you choose. This is a good way to ensure that you always have fresh roast on the shelf. In addition, you get the coffee at a cheaper price and you get to try new coffees that you wouldn't normally order. Our roasters always like to brew coffee that has tasted good.

Can I choose a pickup location other than the one suggested?

Yes. Please write your preferred pickup location in the "Special instructions to seller" section when you add the product to your cart. We will deliver the product there even if the order states the wrong pickup location.

Can I cancel a subscription at any time? Or edit it?

Yes, you can, right after your first automatically renewed subscription. You can do this by sending us an email or from your subscription account, where you received a link to the email when you placed the subscription. The sender was no-reply@sealsubscriptions-email.com. Another option is to log in to your account at inkapaahtimo.fi, where there is a link "subscription", which will redirect you to the subscription management page.

When is the coffee roasted and how long does it take to deliver?

Usually, the coffees are shipped the next day after roasting or sometimes even the same day. At most, a week has passed since roasting when we ship the coffees. We mainly ship coffees on Mondays and Wednesdays, sometimes on other days. Delivery takes 1-5 days.

What does delivery cost?

  • 200g orders by letter to the mailbox €3.90
  • 2*200g in a cardboard envelope to the mailbox 4.5€
  • Larger orders can be delivered as a small package to the door for €4.5, to a pickup point for €6.9, DHL (home/pickup) for €8.9 or Posti home package for €12.9.
  • Pickup from the roastery €0. It is recommended to confirm pickup times with us.

I would like a dark roast for espresso and a light roast for a filter coffee maker. Can this be done with one order?

Yes. Choose dark roast and light roast coffees. Also write special instructions to the seller, that dark is suitable for espresso and light for pour over. If you have any instructions related to the order, you can write them in the special instructions to the seller section or send us a message.

My coffee was supposed to come home, but I had to pick it up from the nearest pickup point. What now?

Please contact us first. If the delivery method is correct and the post office has made a mistake, we will send new coffees and the package from the pickup location will be returned to us automatically. Another option is for you to pick up the coffee. If the pickup location is nearby, this is the fastest way to get the coffees. Sometimes, but rarely, it can happen that your mailbox is too small or your postman simply does not want to deliver small packages to your home, as they should. In that case, we will have to cancel home deliveries to your address.

Can I order a product from your online store and have it delivered at the same time as my standing order coffee?

Yes, it works. For this additional single order, select pickup from the roastery and write in the special instructions to the seller that "deliver with the next standing order delivery" or send us an email about it. This way you can order, for example, filter papers or try some new coffee in between.

Can I pay for a standing order by invoice/e-invoice?

Payment by bank transfer or e-invoice is only possible for companies or when paying in advance, i.e. choose a standing order as a gift.

I would like to have a specific coffee on hold?

If the coffee in question can be ordered in bulk, you will find such an option on the coffee's own page. First, search for all products for the coffee you want.
