PERU YANESHA

Tasting notes: Soft, nutty, chocolatey

This coffee is grown by small families of the indigenous Yanesha people from Villa Rica in the Oxapampa region located in the middle of Peru. The coffee is grown without chemical pesticides or fertilizers on the slopes of Andes. Coffee is picked by hand, de-pulped and fermented in water for 16 hours and floated with a siphon, twice, to separate out inferior beans.
